Ingredients:
1 c Mushrooms, thinly sliced 2 lg Tomatoes, thickly sliced 1/2 c Yellow pear tomatoes, halved 1/2 c Cherry tomatoes. halved 2 tb Balsamic vinegar 1 ts Sugar 1 ts Prepared mustard 2 tb Basil, minced 2 ts Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper
Layer mushrooms & sliced tomatoes down the centre of a large platter. Ring
with the halved yellow & cherry tomatoes. In a small bowl, whisk together
the remaining ingredients & drizzle this over the tomatoes. Cover &
marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
