Ingredients:
2 Egg whites 1/4 ts Cream of tartar 1/8 ts Salt 1/2 c Sugar 6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1/2 ts Vanilla 3/4 c Walnuts, chopped
Heat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets. Combine egg whites, cream of
tartar and salt; beat to a fine foam. Fold in chocolate, vanilla and
walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in upper
third of oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Using broad spatula, immediately
remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire racks.
