Ingredients:
2 lb Beef(cubed) 2 Onions cut in eighths 4 Stalks celery cut diagonally 5 Carrots cut diagonally 12 oz Tomato juice 1 tb Sugar 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Basil 4 Potatoes sliced 1" thick 1/3 c Quick cooking tapioca
Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 1/2
hours. Add potatoes and bake for another hour.
