Ingredients:
3/4 c Papaya, peeled & diced 1/4 c Red onion, diced 1/4 c Green bell pepper, diced 2 tb Cilantro leaves, chopped 2 tb Lime juice 1 pn Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 30 minutes before
serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups
