Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Lean trimmed pork
10 oz Pork fat
1 ts Black pepper
Handful snipped chives
pn Cayenne
1 tb Parsley, minced
1/2 ts Marjoram, crushed
1/4 ts Coriander, ground
1/2 ts Summer savory, crushed
1/4 ts Nutmeg

Grind meat and fat together finely. Mix all ingredients, along with a few
drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
