Ingredients:
1 lb Lean minced meat
1 sm Onion grated.
3 sm Courgettes grated.
1 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Grated fresh root ginger.
1    Egg yolk
Seasoning.

Combine all the ingredients well in a bowl. Shape into four burgers with
wet hands. Rill barbecue or dry fry using medium heat until cooked through.
