1 c Olive oil 1/2 c Vinegar 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 ts Tarragon 3/4 ts Black pepper 3/4 ts Salt 3/4 ts Sugar

1 c Parsley
1 c Celery
1 c Scallions
4 Cloves of garlic (4-10)
Mix all together, pour over claws and serve.
