Ingredients:
2 lb Lean pot roast 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Tomato paste 24 Peppercorns 1 sm Onion, chopped 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle salt over the roast & place in crock pot. Spread tomato
paste over meat; imbed peppercorns into paste; top with onions &
worcestershire sauce. Cover & cook on lOW 8- 10 hrs. Serve meat with
accumulated gravy.
