Ingredients:
Posted by Stewart Hopper - 3 lb Pork shoulder - seasoned 1/3 c Lime or lemon juice 1 Onion, sliced 1/2 ts Oregano 3 Garlic cloves
Season meat with salt and pepper. Pour lime or lemon juice over
roast. Place onion slices over roast. Let stand in refrigerator 1-2
hours. Split meat in places and add garlic plugs in slashes. Roast
at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 – 2 hours or 35-40 minutes per pound.
