Ingredients:
1 md Cucumber, peeled, seeded & Sliced 1/2 c Butter 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 2 ts Dill weed 1 ts Grated onion 1/4 ts Salt 4 dr Tabasco sauce
Place cucumber in blender; blend until smooth. Whip butter until
light & fluffy in mixing bowl; gradually beat in cucumber, continuing
to beat until combined & smooth. Blend in lemon juice, dill weed,
onion, salt & Tabasco. Serve at room temperature with fried yellow
perch.
