Ingredients:
2 Apples,cut into 1/4" rings 2/3 c Dry red wine 1/4 c Butter or margarine,melted 1/4 c Brown sugar,packed 1/4 ts Curry powder
Soak apple rings in wine in covered shallow boal or baking dish 3 hours,
stirring occasionally; drain.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550. Place apple rings on rack in broiler
pan. Broil rings 5 inches from heat 3 minutes; turn.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over rings. Broil until glazed and light
brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.
