Ingredients:
1/2 lb Ostrich Steak cut into small
Pieces
1/2 lb Chicken livers
1 lb Bacon - lean
Sliced water chestnuts
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 ts Curry powder (or to taste)
3 tb Soy sauce

Combine ostrich, liver, salt, curry powder and soy sauce in a bowl.
Marinade for at least 1 hour. To make the appetizers (bites) wrap a
slice of bacon around one slice of water chestnut, one piece of
Ostrich Meat and one piece of liver. Secure with a toothpick and
place on a baking tray. Put them in a hot oven until bacon is crisp –
about 15 minutes.
