Ingredients:
1 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Lemon juice 2 ts Curry powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Minced celery 1/2 c Seeded & chopped tomatoes 1/2 c Minced green pepper 4 c Cooked broken vermicelli 1 c Cooked & flaked salmon 1 c Very small scallops 1 c Baby shrimp
Blend mayo, lemon juice & seasonings together. Mix together celery,
tomatoes, green peppers & vermicelli. Combine with dressing. Place on
platter. Layer with salmon, scallops & shrimp.
