Ingredients:
1/2 lb Cooked & diced chicken 3 tb Minced onion 3 tb Minced celery 2 ts Curry powder 1/4 c Mayo 24 Wonton wrappers 1 Beaten egg 4 c Oil
Mix chicken, onion & celery. Blend curry & mayo. Blend with chicken &
vegetables. Place 3/4 Tbls. on each wrapper. Brush with egg & fold
into triangle & seal edges. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden. Serve
hot with savory sauce of your choice.
