Ingredients:
24    Pairs frog legs
2    Well beaten eggs
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne
1/4 c  Heavy cream
1/2 c  Flour
1 c  Fine bread crumbs
4 c  Oil
1/2 c  HONEY MUSTARD sauce

Split legs. In bowl, blend eggs, salt, cayenne & cream. Place flour &
crumbs in separate bowls. Dust legs with flour. Dip in egg mixture &
roll in crumbs. Heat oil to 375. Fry legs for 5 minutes or until
golden brown. Place on a serving tray & serve with sauce.
