Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Cornmeal 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1 tb Baking powder 1 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Milk 1/4 c Vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk just until dry ingredients are
moistened. Add oil to batter, stirring well. Heat greased 8 inch cast-iron
skillet unitl very hot, pour in batter, then bake at 425 for 30 minutes or
until lightly browned.
