Ingredients:
1/3 c Flour 1/4 c Sugar 3/4 ts Cinnamon 3 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 c Chopped pecans 1/2 c Chocolate chips Cake: 1 1/2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1/3 c Cocoa powder 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Unsweetened applesauce 1/2 c Vegetable oil 2 lg Eggs
Heat oven to 350. Prepare topping: Mix flour, sugar & cinnamon in
bowl with a fork. Stir in oil then nuts & chips. Make cake: Put
flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt in ungreased 8″
square baking dish. Stir with fork to mix well. Add applesauce, oil &
eggs. Stir until well blended. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool on rack.
