Ingredients:
3/4 c  Warm water
1/2    Ounce package dry yeast
2 ts Sugar
2 tb Oil
2 1/2 c  Flour

-STEAMED BUN RECIPE –

In a measuring cup, put in 3/4 cup warm water, add yeast, stir to dissolve
and let stand for 1 minute until slightly foamy. Add sugar and oil and mix
well. Put flour in fod processor fitted with metal blade. With machine
running, pour yeast mixture through feed tube in a steady stream. A ball of
dough will form in about 10 seconds; if it doesnt, add more water, 1
tablespoon at a time. Check the dough; it should be soft-firm. Continue to
process for another 60 seconds, until the dough is very smooth and does not
stick to your fingers. Dough for Steamed Buns:
