Servings: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced 1 ts Margarine 1 ts Olive oil 1/2 c Shallots, diced 1/2 c Onions, diced 1 tb Soy sauce 1 ts Marsala Salt & pepper 1 pn Garlic powder
Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are
tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use to fill pasta dough of your choice &
cook as desired.
