Ingredients:
1 c Apricot or peach preserves 2 tb Cider vinegar 2 tb Ketchup 1/4 ts Dry mustard
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.
2. Cook uncovered in e oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High; stir once.
Yield: About 1-1/4 cups.
