Ingredients:
3 tb Butter 2 tb Flour 1 1/2 c Milk 3/4 ts Salt Red pepper 1 tb Prepared mustard 2 Diced hard boiled eggs
Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add milk, salt, red pepper &
mustard; cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Fold in eggs.
Serve hot.
