Ingredients:
4 oz Butter 1 c Natural Yoghurt 4 oz Raw Sugar 1 c Rolled Oats 1 c Wholemeal Flour 1 c Coconut 1 c Sultanas or Mixed Fruit 1 ts Baking Powder 1 ts Honey
Cream Butter and Sugar then add Honey and Yoghurt. Stir in the dry
ingredients well. Place in a flat oblong stice tin or tray. Bake for 25
mins on 350 F.
