Ingredients:
2 Cloves garlic 6 Ripe tomatoes -- chopped 6 Green chiles -- roast, peel, Chop 1 md White onion -- chopped 1 ts Salt -- or to taste 1 ts Pepper 1 ts Vinegar 1 ts Oil 1 bn Cilantro -- chopped
Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including
cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving.
