Ingredients:
8 Fillets of sole 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 c Chablis wine 1 tb Soy sauce 1 Egg yolk 1 Spring minced parsley 1 Minced green onion including Top
Broil sole with a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice until it starts to
brown; remove. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Broil
until sauce begins to bubble. Serve at once.
