Ingredients:
1 pt Milk 2 Eggs 1/4 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla 2 Heaping tsp cornstarch 1/2 c Sugar Cinnamon
Start milk warming in sauce pan. In a small bowl mix egg yolks, salt,
sugar and vanilla. Mix egg yolk mixture into hot milk. In 1/2 cup
more cold milk dissolve cornstarch and mix into milk and egg mixture
on stove. Cook until mixture bubbles and you cant stir it down.
Bread egg whites and fold into pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
