Ingredients:
1 lb Swiss Cheese; shredded 3 tb Flour 1 1/2 c Dry Sauterne 3 tb Brandy Pepper And Nutmeg To Taste
Dredge cheese in flour. Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise. Stir
in cheese a little at a time. Continue to stir until mixture blends. Add
pepper and nutmeg to taste, salt if needed. Serve with bread cubes.
