Ingredients:
1/4 c Butter 1 tb Worcestershire 1/4 c Green onion tops, chopped 2 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Cayenne 2 lb Trout fillets
Combine butter, Worcestershire, green onion tops, lemon juice, garlic
powder, salt, and cayenne in a 2 cup measure. e on HIGH 1
minute. Pour over fish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 5-6
minutes, turning dish once as it cooks. Serves 4.
