Ingredients:
2 c Milk 1/4 ts Salt 4 tb Cocoa, sifted 3/4 Stick margarine or butter 3 Eggs, divided 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/4 c Flour, sifted Meringue: 3 Egg whites 6 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine all ingredients except egg whites. Cook over low heat stirring
frequently until thick. Pour into cooked pie shell & top with meringue.
Meringue:
Beat egg whites until they start to peak. Add sugar gradually while
beating until all is used. Add vanilla. Spread over pie & bake in 350
degree oven until lightly browned.
