Ingredients:
2 c Fresh corn; cut from cob 1/4 c Sliced celery 1 1/2 c Toasted bread crumbs 1/4 ts Pepper 3 Eggs; well beaten 1 1/2 c Diced fresh tomatoes 1/2 c Chopped onion 2 ts Salt 1 tb Melted butter Paprika for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except paprika; turn into well-greased 1 quart
casserole. Place in pan of hot water, cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 90
minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot.
Garnish with paprika.
