Ingredients:
4 tb Rice vinegar 2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1 oz Cucumber; finely chopped 2 sm Shallots; finely chopped 1 sm Carrot; finely chopped 1 sm Red or green chili -- finely chopped
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well until thoroughly mixed
and serve.
