Ingredients:
1/2 c Olive oil 3 tb Melted butter 1 Crushed garlic clove 2 tb Grated parmesan 1 ts Oregano 1/4 ts Lemon pepper 1/4 ts Seasoned salt 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 lb Red snapper fillets
In bowl combine oil, butter, cheese, oregano, lemon pepper, salt &
lemon juice. Add fish; turn to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap &
refrigerate 1 hour. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets
skin side down in oiled grill basket; grill 3-4 minutes per side.
Brush fish with marinade during grilling.
