Ingredients:
1 c Bisquick 1/3 c Light cream 1 lb Hamburger 2 Med. onions 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Flavor extender 2 tb Bisquick 2 Eggs 1 c Cottage cheese
Heat oven to 375 F. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10
times. Roll dough to fit 9 ” pie plate. Saute beef and onion in frypan, add
next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and
blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30
minutes
