Ingredients:
1/4 c Salt 2 1/4 tb Paprika 2 1/4 tb Onion powder 1 1/2 ts Red pepper 1 1/2 ts Black Pepper 1 1/4 ts White pepper 1 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Dry hot mustard 1/4 ts File powder 1/4 ts Ground bay leaves 1/4 ts Celery seed 1/4 ts Rosemary 1/4 ts Coriander
Mix all ingredients together well. Store in a tightly
covered glass jar. This is an excellent seasoning for
veal, but you may use it on other dishes if you like.
Do not add extra salt to the dish. Lagniappe: You can
make larger amounts of this seasoning and store it for
use as you need it. About 4 calories per teaspoon.
