Ingredients:
1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1/2 c Butter or margarine 3 tb Madeira wine
In skillet, saute walnuts in 2 Tablespoons of the butter until golden and
fragrant. Reduce heat and add remaining 6 Tablespoons butter; stir until
melted. Stir in Madeira. Serve warm. Serve with grilled trout
