-FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH- 3/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Dry sherry 1 Small carrot; peeled, minced 1 Garlic clove; minced 1 tb Sweet red pepper; minced 1 1/2 ts Ginger root; minced 2 Small scallions; chopped 1 ts Lemon peel; grated
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
