Ingredients:
2 1/2 c Milk, scalded 2 oz (2 squares) unsweetened Chocolate, quartered 1/4 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla 1 ds Salt
Rinse an electic blender container with hot water. Put into container=7F
about 1/2 cup scalded milk, chocolate, sugar, vanilla and salt. Cover and
blend about 1 minute, or until smooth and color is even throughout. Add
remaining scalded milk and blend until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately.
