Ingredients:
2 ts Salt 1 ts Black pepper 4 ts Fennel seeds 4 ts Oregano 1 ts Garlic powder 8 lb Pork shoulder
Cut the pork into 1 1/2″ cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and
toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
