Ingredients:
2 lb Scallops 1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Thyme 1/2 ts Basil 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Onion powder 1/2 ts Paprika 1/2 ts Pepper 1 ts Salt 2 c Flour 4 c Oil 1 1/2 c Milk
Wash & dry scallops. Blend seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip
scallops in milk then into flour. Deep fry in oil 2-3 minutes or until
golden brown.
