Ingredients:
1 c  Sugar
1 c  Whipping cream
ds Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
2 tb Cold water
1 tb Bourbon
1 tb Unsalted butter, cut into
-pieces

Slowly heat the sugar, cream & cinnamon in a heavy saucepan, stirring
often, until mixture just starts to boil. remove the pan from heat.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water & stir into the hot cream mixture.
Cook & stir until thickened, about 1 min. Add bourbon & slowly beat in the
butter to finish sauce. Serve over pudding.
