Ingredients:
4 Eggs; beaten seperately 1 c Butter; melted and set aside 1 c Sugar; sifted 1 c Flour; sifted 1 c Potato starch flour; sifted 1 ts Vanilla or a little more to -taste 1 ts Almond extract (if you want -to)
do not beat anything together, just fold them together: eggs, sugar, reg
flour, potato flour, vanilla, and then melted butter goes in last. use 1
tsp batter at a time. watch closely so they just begin to turn brown, or
goldish. roll on cone etc.
