Ingredients:
1/3 c  Chopped scallions
2 tb Butter
2    Chopped ripe tomatoes
3 tb Fresh lime juice
2 tb Chopped green chiles
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Garlic salt
White pepper
1 lb Red snapper fillets
Lime wedges

Saute scallions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients
except snapper & lime wedges; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 10
minutes. Put snapper in sauce; spoon over fish. Cover & simmer 10
minutes longer. Serve on heated platter surrounded by lime wedges.
May also be served with a bed of brown rice.
