Ingredients:
2 tb Butter
2 oz Sliced mushrooms
2 tb Flour
1 c  Heavy cream
1/4 ts Salt
Pepper
1/2 ts Chopped fresh basil
2 c  Lobster meat
8    Eggs
8    Bread rusks

In skillet, heat butter. Saute mushrooms. Sprinkle flour & cook 2
minutes. Add cream, seasonings & 1/2 cup lobster meat. Simmer until
thick. Poach eggs. Place remaining lobster on rusks. Top with egg.
Smother with sauce. Serve at once.
