Ingredients:
2 1/4 c All purpose flour 1/2 c Powdered sugar 1 c Margarine, reduced cal 4 Eggs 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Sugar, granulated 1/2 c Orange juice concentrate 1/4 c Lemon juice, fresh 1 tb Lemon zest + 1 tsp 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl stir together 2 c flour, and
1/4 cup plus 2 T powdered sugar. Cut the margarine into the mixture until
crumbly.
Pat the dough into a 15 by 10 inch non-stick baking pan. Bake the crust til
set, 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool, then sprinkle with remaining 2 T powdered sugar and then cut into 48
squares.
