30 ts Red New Mexican chile 2 ts Fenugreek seed 4 ts Cayenne 2 ts Black pepper 24 ts Coriander seed 6 ts Cardamom 24 ts Cumin seed 2 ts Cloves 1 ts Ginger
All dried and ground separately and then ground together. If each part is 1
teaspoon, the yield is 1 cup.
