Ingredients:
1 Egg 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Prepared mustard 1/2 tb Sugar 1 -(up to) 1 1/4 c Salad oil 2 tb Lemon juice or vinegar 1 tb Hot water
Beat egg well. Add seasonings; then beat well. Add 1/4 cup oil; beat until
thick. Add the rest a little at a time. Last of all add the water. It can
also be made using only the yolk.
