Ingredients:
1 pk (6-oz) lime flavored gelatin 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Boiling water 2 cn (15-oz) cut asparagus 1 c Mayonnaise 1 c Milk 2 tb Tarragon vinegar 1 c Shredded cheese 3 tb Grated onion Tabasco to taste
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened.
Drain asparagus, reserve 3/4 cup liquid. Combine asparagus liquid,
mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and gelatin; beat until smooth. Stir in cheese,
onion, hot sauce and asparagus. Pour into an eight-cup mold or individual
molds and chill until firm.
