Ingredients:
3 c Cooked and mashed sweet -potatoes 4 tb Margarine 1 tb Vanilla 1/4 c Sugar 2 Eggs; beaten
-TOPPING –
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Flour
1 c Chopped pecans
1/2 Stick margarine
Mix together the sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons margarine, vanilla, sugar
and eggs and put into a casserole dish. To make topping: Mix brown sugar,
flour, pecans, and margarine well together and spread on top of potato
mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
persons.
