Ingredients:
1/2 c Chili sauce 1/2 c Hot horseradish 1 c Grated old cheddar 1 c Grated mozzarella 1 c Grated brick cheese 36 Oysters 2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 450. Combine sauce & horseradish. Combine cheeses.
Shuck oysters; drain. Discard flat upper shell & detach flesh. Over
each oyster in shell, spoon 1 tsp. sauce & sprinkle with cheeses. Top
with crumbs & bake until cheese has browned.
