Ingredients:
8 oz Linguini 1 1/2 c Monterey jack 1 c Grated provolone 1/4 c Whipping cream 1/2 c Tomato 2 tb Basil
Cook pasta. Drain & return to pan. Add cheese & cream to pasta & heat,
stirring, to melt cheese. Stir in tomatoes & basil. Serve immediately.
