Ingredients:
1 3/4 c Flour 1/2 c Wesson oil 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Nutmeg 3/4 c Buttermilk 1 Beaten egg 2 ts Baking powder 1 ts Vanilla 3/4 ts Baking soda 1/2 Teapoon salt 1 c Peach pie filling
In large bowl mix together flour, oil, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg until
crumbly. Remove 1/2 cup mixture; set aside. Add remaining ingredients
except pie filling. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into oiled &
floured 8″ baking pan. Spoon filling evenly over top of batter.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake 50 minutes or until cake tests
done with wooden pick. Serve warm.
